Meet Duke: Duke is a 9 week old (as of May 17, 2026) beagle mix (best guess) that weighs 5 pounds. This sweet litter (Elly Mae, Luke and Duke) was found on the side of the road in the country. The guy who found them said if one wouldn't have moved, he would've never seen them. The little sweeties were only 1-2lbs and 3-4 weeks old when they were found. The rescuers spent an hour picking ticks off of these tiny babies and worked to get them hydrated and healthy. They are all thriving now! Duke is being fostered in the south and would love to catch the next freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families! Duke, and this full litter, is a group of very loving and playful pups! Duke is curious, sweet, and ready to snuggle. As a puppy, Duke will need some patience while he works on his house training. We would love for Duke to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run, sniff and play freely. Duke is up to date on his puppy shots and will need to be neutered when age appropriate.
