She’s friendly with both people and other dogs, and enjoys playing with big, friendly pups. She can also do well with dog-savvy cats. This beautiful girl is good leash walking, she’s eager to learn and very treat-motivated (she takes treats gently, too!). With a patient, experienced owner, Katniss will continue to grow in confidence and thrive. Katniss is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. She loves toys — rope toys and long stuffed toys are her favorite — and when playtime is over, she’s all about affection. She’ll happily rest her head in your lap, soak up butt scratches, and curl up in a cozy bolstered dog bed. With her curious nose and those big, soulful brown eyes, Katniss will steal your heart in no time. She just needs someone dedicated to helping her reach her full potential. Likes her butt scritches too. Loves to curl up in a big dog bed that has head rests (the bolstered kind). Loves to play with other big friendly dogs. Will get along with cats that are well acclimated to dogs. When she looks at you with her big brown eyes, it just melts your heart. Takes treats gently, is not overly enthusiastic to get them, but loves them. She is treat motivated to learn commands.
