Charm is a 4-year-old female that in on 4/15, who was found on a neighborhood block after giving birth outdoors. She was discovered on the sidewalk while in labor and initially arrived with five newborn kittens. Overnight, after coming into care, she gave birth to one additional kitten, bringing her total to six, all just two days old. Despite the stressful circumstances, Charm showed no signs of illness or injury. Though understandably scared at first, she has proven to be gentle and cooperative-she has been friendly with staff and allows handling without aggression. She did not bite or scratch anyone during intake. Charm's calm and trusting demeanor suggests she may adjust well to a safe, stable environment where she and her kittens can thrive. Staff noted on 4/16 "Upon staff first meeting Charm she was in her den but did allow staff to give her head scratches, she began to purr and make biscuits."
