While we may never know what he went through, we knew right away that he deserved a chance at a better life—and we’re so glad we said yes, because he such a lovebug!......and a fun 'lil playmate/sidekick :-) Now safe with our rescue, Pepe has healed beautifully, both inside and out. At just 9 months old, he’s already shown us how resilient and loving he is. Despite his rough start, Pepe is incredibly sweet, gentle, and full of affection. He had such a great time being at our last adoption event where he got to play and make friends with kids and adults and other dogs! The happiness just exuded from him and certainly showed how much he loves being a part of community where he can play, love and be loved with the two and four legged friends. He also did great getting a bath! He gets along well with other dogs and would love a home where he can continue to build confidence and feel safe. Whether he’s playing with furry friends or soaking up love from his people, Pepe is just happy to be part of a family. These are ground transports using third party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360 and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport. *Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog.
