Twiggy is a recent addition to TRACS and we are so happy to have him. We think he is either wire terrier and possibly chihuahua - only a DNA test by his new owners will tell! What we do know is that he is a wonderful boy and loves people. He is settling in well and we hope that a new forever home finds him soon! He is about 4 years old and about 15 pounds now. Twiggy is up to date on vaccines, neutered, and will be micro-chipped as well. Adoption fee is $300.
