Found by Cal City Park. Owner stated on social media post was his dog but when he was informed she must be spayed and if not current on rabies/license, total cost for all was $110. They abandoned her and don't want to get her back. No microchip or collar Adoption Fee: $100 for Dogs, $75 for Cats: This includes S/N, 1 yr rabies, 1 yr city license for dogs and a micro-chip.
