Meet Ranchera, a beautiful 2-year-old girl weighing 75 pounds who is ready to find her forever home. She is sweet, housetrained, and will politely let you know when she needs to go outside by gently pawing at the door. Ranchera loves car rides, running, toys, walks, and water. She is curious, active, and playful, always ready for her next adventure. She gets along well with people of all ages and has a friendly nature that makes her a joy to be around. She is very friendly with cats, but a little cautious with other dogs, so a meet-and-greet with any resident dog is recommended to help ensure a good match. If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate companion to share life's adventures with, Ranchera may be the perfect fit for you. ~~~~~ The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov. Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time.
