lias is about 9–10 months old & still figuring out the world & the people in it. 🐈 He’s a shy, gentle orange tabby who takes his time with everything. He’ll come up like he’s ready for attention, think about it, walk away & then circle back like he changed his mind. When he does let you in, even for a few minutes, it really feels like something. 🧡 Elias doesn’t like being picked up, loud noise throws him off, and he’s the kind of cat who needs a home that lets him move at his own pace. Not less love, just quieter love in a house that parties less. We don’t know his history or what led to him being more cautious, but something happened & we owe it to him to find the right home. He’s been opening up more every day, hanging nearby instead of hiding, playing a little more & letting those small moments stretch longer. He’s ready to blossom, but needs to trust that he’s home forever to fully come out of his shell. 🪄🐚 He gets along with other cats, loves to chase a laser pointer, takes his time with treats & has this funny habit of putting his paws in his food like he’s fully committed to the experience. Sometimes he makes bonus biscuits while eating. 🧑‍🍳 Elias isn’t going to be the cat who wins you over in five minutes. He’s the one who grows on you & then suddenly, he’s yours forever. Tested, vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and awesome All cats and kittens are rescued from the streets, abandoned, or pulled from at-risk list at city shelter. All are vaccinated, tested for FIV and FELV, dewormed, and spayed/neutered (if old enough). If the kitten is not old enough to be spayed/neutered we will do so at a later date, post-adoption.
