Meet Jane, a stunning blue, tan, and white puppy from the Jetsons litter who is still patiently waiting for her forever family. She is about 7 months old and currently weighs around 40-45 pounds. We expect she will mature into a medium to large sized dog. Her breed mix is a best guess and may include Collie, Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, possibly some Cattle Dog, and likely a few other breeds mixed in. Jane and her siblings were originally found on the streets in Texas underweight and in need of care. Since arriving in foster, she has received proper nutrition, veterinary care, and time to decompress, and she has absolutely blossomed. Jane is a happy girl who truly enjoys the company of other dogs. She loves to wrestle, interact, and engage with her canine friends and would likely thrive in a home with another dog. She plays and reads other dogs well and knows when to take a break, often grabbing a bone and settling into her spot on the couch or her dog bed. Perfect moderate energy, she is a very chill gal. She enjoys fetch with tennis balls, squeaky toys, wubbas, and more. Will play in the little plastic puppy pool then bounce out to go play. Will flop for a belly rub and likes to roll in the grass. Just a very easy going and quiet girl. She will make a great companion for a variety of homes. With people, Jane is sweet and affectionate, though she can be a little shy at first . Give her a few tasty snacks, and she warms up quickly, showing her loving and playful side. Like adding any new pet to the home, she will need a few days, or sometimes a bit longer, to fully settle into a new home and reveal her 100% self. She is also very food motivated, which makes her a great candidate for continued training. She knows sit, touch, comes to a whistle, and working on down. Jane has been doing well with crate time and household routines in foster care. She keeps her space clean, has good manners for her age overall. Jane is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines including (4) DHPP, rabies, and bordetella. Has had a negative fecal test and been dewormed several times. She is current on preventatives and has been cleared for adoption by the vet.
