Whether we’re curled up at home, riding down the road together, or wrestling around with my dog friends, I’m happiest when I’m close to the people I love. I can be pretty shy when meeting new people, but once I trust you, I’ll stick to your side like glue. I adore attention, cuddles, and being loved on as much as possible. I’m the kind of girl who wants to be wherever you are, all day long. Because I get so attached, I do best with someone who is home often or can take me along for adventures and drives. A trucker looking for the perfect little road companion would absolutely steal my heart. My crate is my safe place, especially when it’s covered up nice and cozy for me. It helps me feel calm and secure, and I sleep quietly there at night. I’ve never really been much of a barker either — I’m more of a gentle, loving companion than a noisy one. I’m still polishing up my house breaking skills. If I get outside regularly during the day, I do really well, and I’ll also use a potty pad while I’m learning. I walk nicely on a leash most of the time, though every now and then I get excited and pull a little. What I need most is patience, love, reassurance, and someone who truly wants a loyal best friend by their side. Apartment or house life both work just fine for me, as long as I’m close to my person. Once I love you, you’ll never have to wonder where your little best friend is — I’ll already be right beside you.
