Effie is a playful, affectionate kitten who came into care just before a winter storm, along with her siblings Ekko and Ester and their mother. She is still very young and too little to be spayed yet, but she’s looking for a foster-to-adopt home within about an hour of Dover, Delaware. You’ll need to return Effie to Dover for her vaccines and surgery appointments as she grows. She’s vaccinated, house trained, and gets along well with other cats.
