Their mama, Colander, came to Mac's Mission heartworm positive and extremely pregnant. Not long after arriving, she required an emergency C-section to safely deliver her beautiful babies. Thanks to lots of love, care, and one amazing mama dog, these puppies are now healthy, thriving, and officially ready to find families of their own while Colander begins her heartworm treatment journey. At just under 2 months old, these babies are everything you'd expect from puppies: Sweet Playful Snuggly Silly Tiny agents of chaos Mama Colander is a 52-pound Pit Bull mix, and while we don't know who dad was, we expect these pups to grow into medium to large-sized dogs.
