When she first came to us, she was very scared and unsure of people, but little by little, she's been working on building confidence and learning what it means to feel safe. She's not fully there yet - and that's okay. Care Bear will need a patient, understanding home willing to let her move at her own pace and continue learning to trust people. The good news? She absolutely LOVES other dogs and takes comfort in following their lead. Because of this, she would do best in a home with another playful, confident dog who can help show her that the world isn't so scary.
