Meet Phil! This beautiful 3 year old island boy never had much experiences with humans, but he is learning how to trust people and is flourishing while in foster. While he is still fearful, he is a sweetie pie and doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. Phil absolutely loves walks with other dogs and is learning how to be a loved house pup by watching his foster siblings.
