Mumbles
AvailableMumbles is a male Domestic Short Hair with orange, red, and white coloring, currently living in Los Angeles, CA. He’s an adult cat, about 5 years and 8 months old, and has been neutered and vaccinated. Mumbles is FIV positive, which means he is considered special needs, but it doesn’t dampen his gentle spirit.
About Mumbles
Mumbles spent time on the streets of South LA before landing in rescue, where he showed that his tough exterior was mostly an act. Trapped for a TNR program, it became clear he never meant anyone harm—this is a cat who, even terrified, wouldn’t scratch or bite. He arrived underweight and a bit wobbly, but his foster saw that he was defenseless and decided he deserved a real home. Once he settled in, Mumbles quickly filled out and learned to enjoy indoor life. His favorite pastime is chasing his own tail, and he’d be happiest sharing his days with another friendly cat to snuggle up with. Mumbles can be a bit shy at first, especially if shoes are involved—he’s wary of feet until he gets to know you. But as his foster has witnessed, once you’ve earned his trust, he turns into a morning snuggle aficionado. He shares his foster space with a small dog and gets along just fine, though he’d love feline company most of all. This gentle guy is FIV positive, so he's considered special needs, but he’s bright, affectionate, and ready to settle into a calm home where he’ll be safe for good. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
