*Charlie is currently in foster in Puerto Rico and his adoption fee includes flying him to his chosen home airport. Charlie is one of the "faro pups", taken in by The Puerto Rico Dog Fund (PRDF) from a family that didn't have their female spayed :( and had a large litter of puppies. We have since spayed mama :) and are ready to get these lovely puppies to their chosen homes! Charlie is active, playful, curious, and brave. He loves to romp with his siblings and play with his foster kitty sister. His birthdate was approx. March 7th, 2026, so as of mid-May he is 11 weeks old! He is really close to being 100% potty trained and sleeps through the night without accident in his puppy pen. He's a light eater and heavy player! His fur is silky, downy soft tufts of pure black with a white spattering on his chest. Like his siblings, he is being treated for a common skin irritation called "puppy pyoderma" a non-contagious condition that causes fur to drop until the skin heals and new fur can grow. But, man... he's cute now, so how adorable will he be when his fuzz grows in? :) Charlie has had all three rounds of his puppy shots (DHLPP), Bordatella, deworming, preventative meds (flea, tick, heartworm), and has been microchipped. He's ready to roll, until his rabies shot (approx. 4 months old) and required neutering, which would be the new adopter's responsibility to complete. As such, his adoption fee is $425, which also covers his flight to the nearest airport of the adopter (ex: PDX or SEA).
