A younger adult shepherd mix, he is truly a goofball and a spaz in all of the best ways possible! Ewing has never met a dog or person he didn't want to play with and befriend. Despite only having one eye, this boy is unstoppable - always up for a game of wrestle, roll, or share the stick with his doggo friends. He is a guy who is pretty much in search of fun and silliness, along with a sprinkle of joy, all day, every day. As a houseguest, Ewing gets a 5-star rating! He knows where to do his business when kept on a schedule, and he will settle in his crate at night after a few minutes and sleep quietly, waking with a clean crate and a big smile. This boy is working on his leash skills - he starts the walk like he's on a mission to get to all the best sniffs first, but he's getting better with practice. While in a foster home, he did great with his foster's big dogs, but he seemed a little too interested in the kitties, so a cat-free home may be best. Ewing is so easy to fall in love with and would settle into most homes with ease as long as they want a silly, playful and energetic companion for life.
