James is a very affectionate, slightly chaotic little guy who just really wants to be involved in everything you’re doing. He is obsessed with “baba” (the babies) and will absolutely try to insert himself into anything baby-related if given the chance, so he’ll need some supervision around small kids just to keep things appropriate. He also has zero respect for personal space—in the sweetest way possible. If you sit down, he’s in your lap. If you’re working, he’s in your lap. If you move him off your lap, he will immediately try again like nothing happened. I basically spend my workday gently relocating him off me… over and over. He’s honestly just super people-oriented and wants attention constantly. Under all that clinginess and silliness is a really sweet boy who just wants to be near his person all the time. If you like a cat who acts like a needy little shadow and never leaves you alone (ever), James is your guy.
