He’s social and affectionate with people, especially on walks where he happily greets anyone offering attention. He does well with other dogs and has also been around cats, though his high energy means he may try to chase and needs redirection. Jasper is smart and eager, but still working on manners around excitement and play. He can get mouthy when overstimulated, so continued structure and guidance will help him thrive. He came into foster care underweight, scared, and unsure of people, but has blossomed into a loving, loyal companion who bonds deeply and loves to stay close to his person.
