Meet Diego: part dog, part security system, part caffeinated squirrel. This 3 year old little spitfire is packed full of energy and personality. Diego LOVES fetch, zoomies, and making sure every single person within a 5 mile radius knows he saw them first. Amazon driver? Bark. Leaf blowing across the yard? Bark. Neighbor checking their mailbox? ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY. If you’re looking for a quiet, invisible dog that politely whispers… Diego would like you to keep scrolling. BUT… if you want a hilarious little sidekick who will keep you entertained daily, Diego may just be your guy. He’s playful, sweet, and seems to do okay around other small dogs. Cats are unknown, but we think he would most likely do fine. Diego can be cautious with new people at first and will probably need a few visits before he feels comfortable heading home. Shelter life is loud and overwhelming, so we aren’t sure if this behavior will continue once he settles into a home environment. Once he trusts you though, you’ve got yourself one loyal tiny tornado. All dogs are heartworm tested, receive a DHLPP, flea and tick treatment, and are dewormed.
