Hal is a sweet, shy cat who was given a second chance by someone who found him outside during the winter. After some time in foster care, he's shown he can be a loving pet once he gets comfortable with people. Hal enjoys playing with the other cats in his foster home and seeks out pets from those he trusts, but takes his time warming up. He isn’t comfortable around dogs, so a dog-free home is best for him. Hal does well with other cats and would benefit from an adopter with cat experience who understands a slow adjustment is needed.
