Luke Male Mitted Brown Tabby MRQ# P8-25-2 DOB: 7/7/25 Luke has become the ultimate cuddle boy. Any time we take a seat or lay down on the bed, Luke is there within seconds just to chill and enjoy the vibe. We’ve had him since he was a bottle baby and it’s been extremely rewarding to see his incredibly warm and friendly personality develop over the course of that time. He’s increasingly becoming more “dog” like, following us around the house just to see what we are doing, and flopping over at our feet in hopes of getting some pets or a chin scratch. Once he trusts you he will even let you rub his belly without reaction, except for a loud purr. He loves to be around people as much as possible. He’s an incredibly playful cat and will hyperfocus on any toys with strings or tinsel attached. He loves wrestling with his sister (Leia) and the other cats we have around the house, but will often be the first one to greet you and give you attention once you enter the room. While he may look grown, he’s still truly a kitten at heart, and is a big softy to boot. He will get easily startled by loud noises or objects hitting the ground, even if he’s the cause, and seek the nearest blanket to hide under or human to comfort him. He’s not a fan of adoption events although he’s a champ and makes an appearance at least one a week in either Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, or both in hopes of finding his forever home. He shines the best in his foster home though, so we’d be happy to host a meet and greet with anyone who is interested in potentially adopting him. We feel extremely lucky to have been able to foster him and whoever ends up adopting him will be blessed with an incredibly sweet companion for life.
