Meet Elio Elio is a 4-month-old mixed breed puppy expected to grow to around 50 lbs, and he's the perfect mix of playful puppy and snuggly best friend. While he definitely has puppy energy, he's actually a little calmer and more thoughtful than your average pup. He's constantly checking in with his people, almost like he's asking, "Am I doing this right?" This sweet boy loves to cuddle, walks nicely on leash, and has done wonderfully integrating into a home with an all-female pack of Shibas - including one alpha female. Elio is very respectful with other dogs, takes corrections appropriately, and tends to be submissive when meeting new canine friends with cautious sniffs and adorable play bows. Like most puppies his age, Elio is still working on house training and kennel training, but he's making progress every day. He can be a little vocal when he misses his people, needs to go outside, or is ready for dinner (honestly... relatable). He also snores when he's tired, which somehow makes him even cuter. Elio enjoys chewing on Benebones, is easily redirected, and would likely thrive in an active home with a fenced yard where he can safely burn off some puppy energy.
