Meet Pamela 🐾 This sweet little girl was found alone on a secluded street, and sadly no one came forward to claim her. Despite her rough start, Pamela’s loving personality shines bright every day. Pamela is estimated to be around 3 years old and appears to be a long-haired Chihuahua mix. She absolutely loves being spoiled and has a great time playing with her foster siblings.
