About Gracie

Gracie is a 5-year-old Cane Corso and Lab mix soon arriving in New England from the South—with her travel already taken care of. She had to leave her former Tennessee home after her family faced health issues, but she’s hoping her next family will be forever. Gracie is steady, loving, and grounded, greeting everyone (including strangers) with calm warmth. She’s the kind of dog who’ll quietly nudge your hand for affection and happily soak up your attention. Her foster calls her a true “one-of-a-kind.” With other dogs, she’s gentle and peace-loving. Gracie gets along with children, plays well at the dog park, and is accustomed to living with cats. She’s house-trained, familiar with her crate, and walks nicely on leash. While she only knows “sit” and “lay down,” she’s obedient and respectful. Gracie has bounced back from surgery on her knees a couple of years ago—she’s good to go now. Currently, she’s wrapping up a round of antibiotics for Lyme disease, but this hasn’t slowed her down. Whether you want a hiking buddy or a calm couch companion, Gracie is ready to fit right in. Every day with her feels lighter, easier, and just plain sweeter. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
