Our shelter is located just outside of Houston TX (but we transport to your area), not only would you be adopting an amazing dog but you'd also give room to the next dog that needs our help! Meet Callie! Callie is a gorgeous female shepherd mix with a personality as bright as her looks. She’s estimated to be between two to three years old—mature enough to know the ropes, but still full of life and energy. This sweet girl loves people and forms strong attachments quickly. While she can be a little timid at first, she warms up quickly and leans right into affection—pets and praise are her favorite things. She’s playful, affectionate, and responds well to commands like “sit.” Callie is active, enthusiastic, and loves being part of the action. She seems to get along with other dogs, though she can be selective, mostly out of nerves right now. With time and confidence, she may open up more in that area. Whoever adopts Callie will be rewarded with a loyal companion who will bond closely and bring endless joy.
