Cooper is an adult dog that is looking for an experienced pet owner that can help him flourish in his new home. He is a shy, timid guy, that comes from a background of abuse. He lets staff handle him with no issues, he just needs to get out of the shelter as it is stressing him out. He is better off as being the only pet in the household and is more suited for an adult only household.
