Meet THOMAS! As of May 8, 2026, he is ~11 lbs and 3 months old. We do not know his breed but he has Rottie/Shepherd colors and (it's hard to tell from the photos) but his legs are shoter for his body. This is fairly typical of a number of mixed breeds from Puerto Rico - stumpy little legs and long bodies. Perhaps he's a Shepherd/Rottweiler/Dachshund! He is very happy and friendly and gets along with other dogs well! He’d be great with kids and cats given his age and sweet demeanor. He has seen a veterinarian and is appropriately vaccinated. He’s ready to go! ***Thomas is currently being fostered in Puerto Rico and will only fly to his forever home once adopted! We can easily arrange a flight into JFK/EWR/BLD/BWI/IAD/DCA/PHL and many many more. We are open to adopters in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
