About Vesper
Vesper and her brother Cosmo were abandoned at a convenience store in a small Texas town. Vesper is a young, medium-sized girl with a tricolor coat of brown, black, and white. She’s about a year old and described as easygoing, quick to settle in, and adaptable in new situations—whether in a home with other dogs or as a solo companion. Vesper is smart and eager to learn; she picked up the trick of ringing a bell to go outside within days, knows her basic commands, and learned crate training fast. Food is a definite motivator for her. She loves cuddling, is gentle, and enjoys the company of people. While both dogs have shown curiosity towards cats, it’s playful and not aggressive. Vesper is more submissive than her brother, always keen to please, and she adores playtime—especially chasing squirrels in the yard. Ideally, she’d be adopted with Cosmo, but she’ll adapt well as a single dog too. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
