♥️Meet 9 month old Simba!♥️ He is still an adorable puppy to learn and eager to please! Simba has been diagnosed with megaesophagus by two different veterinarians. This doesn't happen a lot, but it is something that can happen and it is something that can be cared for. Simba has to eat three smaller meals a day sitting up. He does have a special chair that we use and sometimes some of the staff or volunteers just hold him. 💙Simba is no different than any other pup. He just needs to eat differently.💙 We would like to find him a foster home or an adopter with someone who does have experience with this. Not many have had a dog with this issue, so we can teach you what to do. If think you may be able to help Simba, reach out immediately. He desperately needs a home and not living in the shelter. Our staff and volunteers are wonderful but he does not get the attention that he needs in our overcrowded shelter.
