Meet Lyric – Your Favorite New Song on Four Paws Lyric is our longest resident, and at just over a year old, she’s has spent half of her short life in the shelter, but she’s never let that dim her enthusiasm for life! She's a lab mix with a joyful spirit and a heart full of hope. She Each day, Lyric greets the world with affection, excitement, and a happily wagging tail. After she warms up, this sweet girl is super friendly and loves being around people. She knows how to “sit,” takes treats gently, and is very food-motivated—making her a great candidate for continued training. Lyric enjoys using her nose and happily sniffs and searches for hidden goodies like a little detective on a mission. Making walks a breeze as she stops to sniff. Playful, energetic, and bursting with personality, Lyric is always ready for her next adventure. As with any dog, a meet-and-greet is recommended to make sure it's a good fit! If you’re looking for a silly, lovable sidekick who will keep you laughing, keep you happy, and keep your treat pouch empty, Lyric is your girl! Lyric has been on multiple doggie day outs and has done great at all of them! She’s met other dogs and gotten pets. She’s a little shy at first but enjoys the cuddles.
