Meet Luca - a 10-week-old shepherd blend weighing around 10 pounds with the sweetest personality and happiest outlook on life. Luca was found running down a dirt road with his brother, but you'd never know it by his joyful spirit. He greets every new adventure with excitement, curiosity, and a wagging tail.
