Jude is orange, emotionally complicated, and built like a baked potato. Also known as Professor Fluffypants, he's a chonky boy with sad eyes and the confidence of an eccentric fella who has been banned from at least one Applebee’s. Jude enjoys head scratches. Jude enjoys belly rubs. Jude enjoys these things right up until the exact millisecond he does not. This is where your cat experience comes in. He likes affection, he likes company, he likes being near his people. He simply believes boundaries should remain fluid, and enforced with occasional chomps. During the day, Jude prefers to supervise your activities from a short distance. But at night he turns into a weighted blanket. He will attach himself firmly against your leg in bed like a warm pet rock making a faint purring noise. He coexists well with other cats, though he's not much for playtime. He prefers the kind of roommate relationship where you nod at each other in the kitchen and continue on your way. Dogs, however, are a bit fat pfffffttt. No thank you. The good news is that beneath the sass, selective violence, and orange cat drama, Jude is a genuinely wonderful companion. The kind of cat who quietly follows you from room to room pretending it’s a coincidence. The kind of cat who seeks you out for safety. He is looking for a calm, cat savvy home with adults who understand that love is sometimes a fluffy guy standing on your ribcage at 3 am wondering what you're doing.
