Meow there! My name is Black Pearl. I am a short haired black female, born approximately 8/02/2025. I am a little shy at first, but once I feel comfortable, I really am a laid-back friendly girl. I am getting more and more cuddly every day, and my sweet personality is coming out! I am shy at first, but given time and space to adjust to my new people and new surroundings, I can start to relax. I do best when allowed to take things at my own pace, so if you're patient with me, I promise to reward you with the sweetest purrs. It may take a little time, but I'll be by your side or in your lap before you know it. I love to play with anything that crinkles! I am used to playing with other kitties around my age, but I'm also happy to just observe the happenings from a cozy spot or playing by myself. I am still young so I will do well in a quiet home with gentle adopters with older kids who will be patient with me as I develop relationships. I will probably do well with another kitty friend, as long as you follow the introduction procedures provided by Wild Blue Cats! I was previously adopted into a home with a dog who chased me and now I am terrified of dogs. So no dogs for me!! I am up to date with my vaccinations, tested negative for FELV/FIV.
