Kari is a 3 years old female Short Coat Chihuahua/Mix who weighs 15 pounds. Kari is a sweet little Chihuahua/Dachshund mix with a bright personality and a hopeful heart. She came to the shelter due to housing difficulties and is ready for a fresh start with people who will love her for the wonderful little dog she is. Kari has lived with other dogs before and may be able to share her new home with another canine companion, they would have to meet first. She has also enjoyed meeting new people at the shelter, though she can be a little shy at first while she settles in and gets comfortable and SO SWEET. One of Kari's favorite things is getting outside for walks and exploring the world around her. She would love a home where she can continue her little adventures, enjoy a cozy routine, and be cherished friend. If there are children in the home, they should be older and respectful of a dog's space. Any kids should meet Kari first to make sure everyone is a good fit. Kari does not always want people to try to take food away from her ( who does?) but it is harder for kids to understand this concept.
