This scruffy little terrier mix has settled beautifully into home life and has truly been the perfect house guest. He seems to be fully potty trained when kept on a schedule, sleeps soundly through the night, and does wonderfully in his crate. Quiet and laid back by nature, Fischer is happiest lounging in his big comfy bed or soaking up attention from his people. He's a sweet soul who simply loves being near you. Fischer gets along well with both dogs and cats and has fit right in with the pack in his foster home. The only thing he asks for is a little personal space during mealtimes - he prefers not to share his dining area with furry friends. Otherwise, he's gentle, calm, and easy to have around. On leash, Fischer is excellent and enjoys short strolls by your side. He is still recovering from a previous injury, so he'll need a family willing to take things at his pace while he continues healing. Stairs can still be a bit tricky going up, though he's mastered going down like a pro. Despite that, his happy spirit shines through every day.
