He approaches new people somewhat cautiously, but the reserve doesn't last long. Given a little patience, he opens up into something unexpectedly warm: a dog who wants to be held close and tucked in, preferably under a blanket with someone he trusts. At home he's quiet and undemanding, content to simply be in the room with his people and other pets. For every bit of love he receives, he gives it all back and more.
