Meatball came to the rescue after being left behind when his previous owners moved, but a quick-thinking volunteer stepped in before things got worse. Heās a sturdy little guyāat 19 pounds, heās working through a dedicated diet to shed some extra weight. Food is absolutely Meatballās favorite thing, and youāll find him lingering around the kitchen, hoping for a snack. Heās shy at first, but once he gets comfortable, his sweet, playful personality shows up. Thereās a goofy side to him thatās hard to resist, especially when heās strutting around after gaining some confidence. Meatball is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has tested negative for both tick/heartworm and Valley fever. Heās fully house trained and dog-friendly, though heād do best in a home understanding of his weight-loss journey and ready for a loving, sometimes silly companion.
