Mulberry is a pretty tuxedo girl, about a year old, who was one of ten cats from the same person who lost her home due to an eviction. Her foster gave him the time, patience, and gentle reassurance, and her affectionate nature has emerged. Mulberry enjoys being pet, loves to play, and will happily curl up by her foster mom. We haven’t seen her around dogs or children yet, but we believe she’d likely do well with respectful kids and dogs who know how to interact gently with cats. Mulberry would do best in an interactive home where she isn’t left alone for long hours. Whoever is fortunate enough to adopt this little girl will gain a devoted companion for life. Mulberry seems like an easy cat who would be suitable for a first-time adopter. She has been spayed, is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and treated for worms and fleas. Her adopter will receive her medical records. She’s being fostered in Melrose. Adoptions are facilitated by video meet-and-greets, as well as in-person visits. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee, which helps us continue rescuing cats in need.
