Meet Wildon (A567662) Wildon arrived as a stray absolutely terrified of the world around him, and truthfully, he is still learning that people can be kind. He is the type of dog that needs patience, slow movements, and someone willing to let him open up at his own pace. If you give him that chance, Wildon rewards you with something really special. Once he begins to trust you, his sweet and loving personality starts to shine through. He wants to connect, he just needs someone gentle enough to help him feel safe first. Dogs like Wildon can be easy to overlook in a shelter setting because they are scared, but underneath all that fear is a good dog simply trying his best. Wildon appears to be a Golden Retriever/Poodle mix, which means his beautiful coat will require regular upkeep. His future family will need to commit to frequent brushing and grooming to prevent painful mats and keep him comfortable and healthy. He has not yet been tested with other dogs.
