Aladdin is the kind of cat who seems determined to enjoy life no matter what comes his way. Even while recovering from injuries and not feeling his best, he has stayed affectionate, playful, and eager for attention. He loves catnip, enjoys spending time with people, and has settled into shelter life with surprising charm. One staff member noted that he still has not quite figured out treats yet, which honestly just makes him even more endearing. He may be a little confused by the finer things in life, but he absolutely understands kindness and affection. Aladdin will need an adopter who can continue helping him recover and feel his best. He arrived with abscesses and has recently been dealing with some upper respiratory symptoms, including sneezing and eye discharge, but through it all he has continued eating well, using his litter box, and seeking out attention from the people around him.
