Whitaker was already neutered so we thought surely he had an owner. He's so friendly we felt sure he lived with people. We posted him everywhere but sadly no owner came forward. Whitaker has done very well in his foster home. He got along well with both the cats and dogs in his original foster home. He's very loving and people focused. He tested negative for both feline leukemia and FIV.
