Penelope was found on a busy two lane highway in the Bronx, cold and shivering. She was rescued by a brave volunteer and now is enjoying the good life as she waits for her forever home! She is excellent with other cats, patient and easy going. She also does fine with laid back dogs but would not enjoy a boisterous one. Penelope is about a year old.
