About Zorah
Zorah is a young American Staffordshire Terrier and Boxer mix, weighing about 30 pounds, now safe in Houston, TX after being rescued from a hoarding situation. For the first part of her life, she didn’t get basic care or attention—she arrived underweight and a bit unsure of her surroundings, but has been gaining strength and confidence every day. She’s shy at first and needs a gentle, patient adopter who can give her time to feel secure. Once Zorah trusts, her soft and loving personality comes out. She is kennel and potty trained, dog-friendly, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Zorah would do best in a calm, supportive home where she can build confidence at her own pace and be part of a family that understands shy dogs blossom with kindness and consistency. Once she feels safe, she has the potential to become a devoted, affectionate companion. If you have a calm home and a gentle hand, Zorah is waiting for someone willing to move at her pace and value her trust. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
