SALLY is a female-spayed medium hair calico senior cat, born about mid-December 2018. Her owner adopted her (& litter-mate Jack) from an animal rescue April 2019. Per her prior owner: "She's friendly, good with other cats, dogs, & children. She & Jack have always lived together indoors." Sally (& Jack) were very reluctantly surrendered to YAPS early May 2026. Their owner is moving cross-country & can't take her cats with her. We find Sally to be stressed from the recent loss of her long-term home, & move to YAPS. She often, not always, comes to you for affection, and she loves being petted. She accepts being held for short periods. She gets along well with other cats. Ideally (not mandatory), she and Jack will be adopted together to continue their lives together. When adopted into a new home, she(they) should initially be placed in a "safe room", to adjust to her new surroundings at her pace.
