After two surgeries and lots of love, he has made an incredible recovery and is now ready to find his forever family. Oscar is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and gets along wonderfully with kids, dogs, and other cats. He is also FIV positive, which simply means his adopter will need a little education about his condition-but with proper care, Oscar can live a long, happy, and love-filled life.
