Betsy was found as a tiny kitten by a Good Samaritan who took her in out of the cold and likely saved her life. They had 6 other cats and brought her inside with the hopes of finding her a great home. When they asked PAWS Atlanta to help, we were happy to take in this social butterfly. Betsy is tiny, still, just under 6 pounds at 6 months. She's been an inside-only kitty since her rescue and is described as medium energy. Her owner says Betsy is playful, curious, outgoing (although a little shy initially), confident, vocal and independent. Her owner wrote, "She is shy at first but very sweet when she warms up to you." Betsy loves affection and petting but is a little wary of having her head touched, writing, "She likes to be petted on her own terms." We get you, Betsy. Her rescuer says she loves to come get in bed with you in the middle of the night.
