About Gracie

Gracie is a large, tan brindle Pit Bull mix with a big white chest patch and a bold stripe down her nose, plus a standout underbite that makes her impossible to forget. She thrives on connection—known for her wiggly tail, bright smile, and endless curiosity. She’s happiest hanging around people, always ready for a snuggle or a tug-of-war session with her favorite toys. Gracie takes full joy in food, walks, and any opportunity to bond. She’s clever and already knows "sit" and "down", showing a knack for learning as she picks up new tricks. House trained and crate-trained, she does great when left at home and sleeps soundly in her crate at night. Gracie enjoys her walks, loves a "sniffari," and has a soft spot for playing with select dog companions. She can be dog selective, so slow introductions to any new canine housemates are important. She hasn’t met kids or cats; older children are likely a better fit, and she’ll probably want to chase cats. Water isn’t her thing, but give her a playmate or a stuffed toy and she lights up. Gracie is healthy and has lots of love to give, looking for someone in the immediate Sacramento area to share her sweet, playful energy. Gracie is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to meet her forever family. Every day is a good day with Gracie by your side. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
