Meet Poppi - your perfect shadow! Poppi is a 7 year old terrier mix and is the kind of dog who will quickly become your constant companion. She loves being close to her people and will happily follow you from room to room, keeping you company throughout the day. After losing her beloved human, Poppi is ready to find her new forever home where she can share her loyal, loving heart once again. For the past 7 years, Poppi has been an only dog, so she's used to having her person all to herself. In her foster home, she is learning how to share and is doing a great job! She plays well with the other dogs, especially playtime with younger pups and continues to adjust well to having foster siblings. We are unsure how she may be with cats. Poppi has also taken well to crate training and will often choose to go lay in her crate when she needs some quiet time to decompress from her dog friends. It's become her safe, cozy place where she can relax and recharge. She would thrive in a home where she can be close to her people and included in daily life. Whether it's relaxing on the couch, going for a ride, or just being your shadow around the house, she's happiest when she's with you.
