She may be tiny, but this girl walks through life with the confidence of a lioness and the attitude of a “big fish in a little pond.”Fear? Never heard of it. Prosecco charges headfirst into every adventure, convinced the world was designed specifically for her entertainment. New rooms, strange toys, giant cat trees, vacuum cleaners — she’s ready to investigate it all without a second thought. Her bravery is matched only by her affection. The moment she’s done conquering her surroundings, she transforms into a full-time cuddle enthusiast and professional purr machine. She absolutely loves people and believes laps were invented in her honor. Whether she’s curled up under your chin, following you from room to room, or loudly purring through every interaction, Prosecco makes sure you know you are loved. Prosecco could be adopted alone but would prefer to spend her younger months with other family pets, someone who is home most of the day, or she would love to be adopted with her brother or one of her sisters, Bordeaux, Malbec, or Tempranillo. She will be available for adoption after May 27, and will be spayed, vaccinated, de-wormed, and microchipped. Her mother tested negative for FIV, FelV, and heartworm. She is litterbox trained, eating dry and canned food, and easy to load in a carrier. If you’re looking for a calm, quirky little companion with a dreamy soul and a heart full of love, Prosecco may just be your perfect match. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash). NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility. Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted.
